Cancellation Policy

Whenever you book an appointment, you will receive a text/email confirming the date and time. Additionally, a second reminder will be sent 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
 

If you choose to opt out of these reminders, you are still expected to attend your scheduled appointment.

 

Please be aware that once you have scheduled an appointment with me, I have reserved time in my calendar specifically for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will incur a 100% fee for the missed service prior to rebooking.
 

If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, you will be marked as a No Show. If you are running late, please reach out to me; I might still be able to accommodate you. No Shows will be subject to a 100% fee for the missed service before rebooking. To avoid any cancellation or no-show fees, please provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to your appointment. After two cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows, you will need to prepay a non-refundable fee for the total amount of the booked appointment. If the appointment is canceled again, this fee will be treated as a cancellation fee. Future bookings will require a non-refundable fee to be prepaid. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from individuals who frequently no-show.

I understand that unexpected events can occur. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Process: An invoice for the missed service fee will be generated and sent to you via email.

I kindly request timely payment to settle the fee.
